About me.
Alex is known as a self-directed, energized, and driven professional with comprehensive accomplishments leading organizational development, change management initiatives, HR program development, and cross-functional teams to ensure that leaders can lead and employees can thrive. Known as an innovative, creative thinker with strong attention to detail, Alex has demonstrated success curating and executing plans in for-profit and non-profit companies alike by reimagining employee performance and adopting more agile operations strategies.
Alex’s expertise includes emotional intelligence coaching, culture curation (mission/vision/values), project management, training and development, strategic communication, workshop facilitation, research and data analytics, and program development. Her experience spans multiple industries including VC/PE-backed start-ups (Pre-seed to Series A), healthcare practices, and high-growth firms.
When she’s not advising, providing in-house strategic services for businesses, or teaching undergraduate entrepreneurship courses, Alex loves spending time with her family and focusing on her side-business of family and lifestyle photography.
